Unless otherwise specified, the turnaround time for each episode is 3 business days from the time we receive all materials from you (plus revision time if necessary). For example, if you purchase a package on July 8th and submit all materials to us by the end of the day on July 9th, then we will complete services by 11:59pm EST on July 12th. If revisions are requested, extra time beyond the 3 business days might be necessary.

Yes, we do. If you purchase our services and decide not to use them, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as none of the work has been started. If some or all of the work has been started and you decide not to continue, we offer a 50% refund within 30 days of purchase on any episode where work has been started. No refund is offered beyond 30 days of purchase.

As long as you like. Once you purchase a service, it does not expire. However, we don’t offer refunds after 30 days past the date of purchase.
